*Disclaimer*
As the nature of these products are postal, please bear in mind when you receive your parcel they won’t arrive exactly how the product has been photographed. Each product is individually wrapped in cellophane bags and placed in bubble wrap envelopes. If you are gifting someone they will have to unpack the products.

Additionally we cannot control the handling of parcels by the courier so there is a possibility that products can be damaged during transit. However this is a rare occurrence and the likelihood of it happening to your parcel is low!

We are also in the midst of a pandemic and services such as Royal Mail are running a slightly slower postal system. All our products are posted to you first class however even this service is taking 2-3 days minimum. Therefore the product may not be as fresh and could not look the same as when it left our bakery. Therefore we urge you to choose the express service so that we can post the parcels special delivery, reaching you the next day! If this is something you are unhappy with then please refrain from ordering through these uncertain times.
